Role Description This full-time, on-site Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer role is based at APS Press Manufacturing
- Pressing ahead in the Aguascalientes Metropolitan Area. The CNC Programmer will create, review, and optimize CNC programs for milling and machining operations, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency. Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools and machining parameters, setting up machines, and performing test runs to validate programs. The role also involves troubleshooting machining issues, collaborating with production and engineering teams to improve processes, and maintaining documentation for programs, setups, and revisions. The CNC Programmer is expected to follow quality standards, adhere to safety protocols, and support continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor. Qualifications
• Ability to interpret and apply Technical Drawing skills, including reading blueprints and engineering schematics.




• Strong CNC Programming and Programming skills to develop, modify, and optimize programs for various CNC machines.
• Hands-on Machining and Milling experience, including selecting tooling, setting machining parameters, and verifying part dimensions.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, tolerances, and quality control methods.
• Comfort with CAD/CAM software and basic computer literacy for program management and documentation.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a production environment.
• Willingness to follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Technical diploma, certificate, or equivalent experience in machining, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
