The Space Planner is responsible for optimizing the use of physical spaces within an organization to enhance efficiency and functionality. On a daily basis, this role involves analyzing space requirements, developing layout plans, and coordinating with various departments to ensure that space allocations meet organizational needs. Responsibilities
• Update space allocation plans when a project deadline is approaching.
• Adjust layouts and designs based on feedback from project reviews.




• Conduct space utilization assessments and analysis.
• Update and maintain space allocation records.
• Coordinate with departments for space planning needs.
• Space utilization reports.
• Corporate floor plan layouts
• Furniture and equipment inventories optimized for corporate users Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
• Certification in space planning or interior design, such as NCIDQ, is preferred.
• Proficiency in space planning software and CAD tools.
• Experience in project management and coordination.
• Proficient english level
