About the Role

You will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining operational processes for a diverse range of food service clients, utilizing your expertise in operational efficiency, technology integration, and best practices within the culinary and hospitality industries. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance and profitability of our clients' food service operations through strategic insights and hands‑on operational guidance, all delivered from a remote setting. Key Responsibilities

- Analyze existing food service operations to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, best practices, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide remote consultation and support to clients on menu engineering, inventory management, and cost control.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to enhance operational workflows and guest experiences.
- Train client staff remotely on new processes, systems,



and service standards.
- Monitor operational performance using key metrics and provide regular reports to clients and internal management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operational changes.
- Stay current with industry trends, innovations, and regulatory changes in the food service sector.
- Troubleshoot operational issues remotely and develop effective solutions.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and knowledge bases for operational excellence.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction with operational consulting services.

Requirements

- Proven experience in food service operations management, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, supply chain management, and inventory control.
- Experience with various food service technologies and software systems (POS, inventory management, scheduling).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration
