Mission of the Role : To ensure the timely and accurate management of accounts receivable processes—including collections, billing, pricing, month-end close activities and other AR matters — Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, and Customer Service teams to maintain a healthy receivables portfolio and support the financial strength of the organization in the fast-paced and demanding automotive environment. Key Objectives of this Role :
• Ensure Timely Collection of Receivables.
• Monitor customer accounts.
• Follow up on overdue invoices
• Reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Keep records of all customer communications to build individual debtor cases.
• Ensure Accurate and Timely Account Reconciliations
• Resolve Discrepancies Efficiently
• Maintain Clean and Audit-Ready Ledger
• Support Timely Month-End Close
• Calculate Appropriate Allowance for Doubtful Accounts
• Collaborate with Finance and Controlling to review financial information and ensure accuracy
• Maintain Accurate Pricing

• Reduce DSO by 10-15%: Through proactive collection strategies and dispute resolution.
• Implement or Improve AR Automation Tools: Collaborate with IT/Finance to enhance ERP system usage or implement AR modules with the current ERP.
• Develop AR Dashboard and Reporting System: Standardize aging, cash flow, and dispute tracking reports for monthly reviews.
• Resolve Legacy Aged Receivables: Clean up outstanding balances >90 days with detailed root cause analysis.
• Build Strong OEM and Internal Relationships: Establish a point-of-contact network with OEM accounts payable teams and internal departments (Sales, Shipping, Customer Service).
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Document key AR processes (collections, billing, pricing validation, close activities). Qualification, Experience and

• Bachelor’s degree in accountant, finance or related-field.
• 1 + years of relevant experience in accounting processes preferably in regional or global environment.
