Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering is required. Proficiency in English (write, listen, and speak) is a requirement. BSME degree from ABET accredited university/or equivalent is preferred. 2 -4 years of design/development automotive engineering experience in Fuel Systems and/or UREA. Will consider an internship with Fuel Systems (UREA also considered) as part of that experience. Self-starter with strong leadership, communication & organizational skills and demonstrated problem solving ability. Automotive product engineering experience. Injection molded/Blow molded Fuel/Urea tank design. Knowledge of fuel tank virtual simulations is highly recommended. Fuel Delivery Module design is recommended. Experience with Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA). Experience with Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R;). Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) preferred Belt certification. General understanding of GD&T.; General understanding of NX, Teamcenter, PLM. Will be required to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
