The Help Desk Technician position is a full-time role. We are rapidly expanding, and we are searching for qualified candidates to join and grow alongside the team. The core responsibilities of a Help Desk Technician include responding to service requests and providing first-level troubleshooting and problem resolution. This is a dynamic position that involves work in Azure cloud infrastructure. The candidate will work closely with a team of experienced Systems Administrators and be fully embedded within the larger IT team. Tasks Performed Include
• Office 365 password changes
• Patch management
• Backup management
• Workstation and AVD support
• Deployments to our customer environments
• Monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure
• Assisting with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software
• Documenting technical procedures and solutions
• Participating in IT projects and initiatives
• Conducting regular system audits and updates
• Ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures As the candidate gains experience, they will take on a broader support role for our growing IT infrastructure and services. • Networking and configurations (Switching, routing, firewalls)
• Azure AD/Entra ID
• Organized and experienced in managing multiple projects with different deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong creative solution-making and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call (occasionally)
• The ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, moving from task to task without loss of efficiency and composure
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills

• Experience with the preparation of basic documentation
• Bachelor’s, associates, or technical degree in a related field preferred. Applicable work experience and/or technical certifications will be considered.
