What you’ll do: In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain engaging, technology-enabled learning experiences that support business objectives, employee performance, and operational readiness. You will transform complex business processes and technical information into interactive, learner-centered training solutions, developing digital courses, multimedia content, assessments, and instructional materials. You will also collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), Training Delivery, and business stakeholders to create scalable learning solutions for onboarding, specialized training, and continuous employee development. What we’re looking for: Experience & Academic Background
• 2–3 years of professional experience in Instructional Design, e-learning development, or digital learning content creation.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360, particularly Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
• Strong proficiency in Canva for presentations, graphics, infographics, and learning materials.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite,



particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
• Experience with other e-learning authoring tools, multimedia production software, or interactive content development platforms.
• A portfolio showcasing instructional design projects, e-learning courses, multimedia assets, or digital learning solutions. Key Skills & Knowledge:
• Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Ability to develop storyboards, interactive learning modules, assessments, and engaging instructional materials.
• Knowledge of multimedia content development, visual design, and digital learning technologies.
• Ability to translate complex technical or operational information into clear and accessible learning content.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI-compatible content is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI-powered content development tools and workflow automation is a plus.
• English proficiency: B2 level or higher (required). Soft
