We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Consultant to join the US Delivery Team of a Microsoft Partner that delivers integrated Microsoft Cloud solutions for Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service. In this role, you will work with certified Microsoft experts and global partners to transform businesses by connecting people, processes, and data through Microsoft's Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. The adecuado candidate combines strong techno-functional skills with consulting experience, bridging business requirements with technical implementation across the full project lifecycle. What You'll Be Doing
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Power Platform solutions following Microsoft Success by Design principles
• Configure and implement Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, Power Pages, and Dataverse
• Support Dynamics 365 CE implementations, including integrations with Finance & Supply Chain using Dual-write
• Conduct discovery sessions, gap analysis, and solution blueprinting with stakeholders
• Document solution designs, functional specifications, and process flows
• Implement Power Platform ALM best practices and Center of Excellence frameworks
• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to identify gaps and opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Deliver solution demos in client calls featuring Power Platform capabilities, including Copilot and AI capabilities
• Support change management, user training, and adoption initiatives
• Act as the client's trusted advisor for ongoing optimization, cloud adoption, license optimization, and feature expansion
• Collaborate with architects and developers on cross-platform integrations
• Support testing, deployment,



and post-go-live optimization activities
• Support customers with performance tuning, adoption KPIs, and roadmap planning
• Stay updated on the features, capabilities, and updates of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder, Power Pages, Fabric)
• Experience in Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)
• Experience with Dual-write configuration and D365 F&SCM; integration
• Proficiency in solution design across customer engagement and finance/operations processes
• Techno-functional skills bridging business requirements with technical implementation
• Proven consulting experience with full-cycle implementations
• Strong discovery, analysis, and communication skills, including explaining complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in agile and remote delivery environments and to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Required certifications:
• Microsoft Certified: Intelligent Applications Builder Associate (AB-410), replacement of PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (retired August 31st, 2026)
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (AB-400), replacement of PL-400 Preferred Qualifications
• Additional certifications: MB-210,

• Power Pages (formerly Power Portals) implementation experience, including:
• Portal configuration, customization, and theming
• Web API integration and custom web templates
• Authentication setup (Azure AD, external providers)
• Portal security models and entity permissions
• JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Liquid templating for Power Pages customization
• Custom connector development and API integrations
• PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) control development
• Azure services integration (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
• Power Platform CLI and DevOps pipeline experience
• Experience working in a Microsoft Partner or ISV organization
• Industry expertise in Professional Services, Manufacturing, Retail, or Public Sector
• Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Loop)
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Process Mining, and AI-driven automation Benefits
• 100% remote, full-time position: must be able to work in Pacific Time; up to 25% travel may be required
