$15,033 MXN + Benefits Are you an experienced bilingual customer service professional with a passion for sales and customer retention? We're looking for talented professionals to join a growing customer experience operation. What we're looking for:
• 3+ years of call center experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1) – spoken and written.
• Strong inbound customer service experience.
• Proven sales, upselling and cross-selling skills.
• Hands-on experience with live chat support.
• Customer retention and objection-handling experience.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities. Compensation &
Requirements:
• 100% onsite – Mexico City.
• Monday to Saturday schedule, with two days off per week.
• Shift availability starting at 6:00 AM.
• Candidates must live within approximately 60–80 minutes of the office.
