About Oneday At Oneday, we believe anyone could be the next great founder, and we're here to help them prove it. We help aspiring entrepreneurs stop planning and start building through a hands-on curriculum created with mentors who've been there and done it. With accredited university partners in Europe and the US, our students (who we call "founders") earn a degree while they build their business. Our founders come from all kinds of backgrounds and have all kinds of stories, and we're proud to be democratising entrepreneurship.
About the role
Our curriculum is how founders learn to build their businesses. Every session, framework, and exercise we create could help someone validate their idea, land their first customer, and make their first dollar. That's a big responsibility, so our content needs to be practical, accurate, and genuinely current. You will report to the Product Content Manager, who owns the curriculum and will be your manager and mentor. You will take on the operational management of the curriculum, whilst learning the craft of writing and structuring learning content as you go. You will start with the foundations (the learning management system, quality assurance and refreshing existing courses), build a thorough understanding of everything we teach, and grow into shaping what we teach next.
What you'll do
• Build the curriculum in our LMS. Take finished content and build it into our learning management system: courses, modules, lessons and assessments, structured, linked and working as intended.
• Quality assurance and audits. Check content for accuracy, consistency, broken links, formatting and alignment with learning objectives. Run regular curriculum audits, keep a clear log of issues, and make sure they get fixed.
• Refresh existing courses. Keep live courses current:
update examples, case studies, tools and screenshots, fix what has gone stale, and make small improvements as you spot them. This is where you'll build your hands-on content skills from the start.
• Adapt content for new degrees and partners. As new degrees launch, take content that already exists (including courses shared with the MBA) and make it fit the new program: adjusting language, examples and details, restyling slide decks, and applying partner branding so each version is polished and on-brand.
• Stay current with how startups are built. Follow how startups are being built right now: emerging tools, AI-powered workflows, shifts in fundraising and go-to-market, and new thinking in entrepreneurship and learning design. Draw on founder feedback and mentor insights. Each month, share a short brief on what has changed and which parts of our content it affects.
• Grow into content development. From around month 3, a protected share of your time goes to content work: drafting updates, rewriting weak sessions, and proposing improvements, growing over time into developing new sessions and materials.
• Keep things organised. Maintain version control, trackers and documentation so the team always knows what's live, what's in progress and what's changed. In the first six months, the role is predominantly curriculum operations (roughly 80% of your time).
The balance shifts toward content development as you progress. Who we're looking for You must have:
• Strong written English and the ability to explain things clearly.
• An exceptional eye for detail. You spot errors, from broken links to outdated references, before anyone else does.
• Good judgment about what makes learning content useful, and the curiosity and ambition to learn about the entrepreneurship space.
• A proactive, can-do mindset. You see a problem and start solving it, rather than waiting to be told what to do next.
• Comfort with digital tools, including Google Workspace, and the confidence to learn new platforms quickly.
• Ability to manage your own workload, meet deadlines, and flag problems early.
• The ability to work within the UK time zone (i.e. starting at 8 am ET / 12 pm London time) It would be great if you also have:
• Familiarity with AI tools and an eagerness to experiment with new ones.
• An interest in education and learning design.
• Experience with a learning management system or any content management system.
• Experience starting something of your own, whether a side project or a small business
