We're looking for a motivated, dependable Appointment Setter to help us connect with business owners who have expressed interest in our services. This is a part-time opportunity with hourly base pay, performance bonuses, and the potential to grow with our company.
What You'll Do
Your main responsibility is to turn company-provided WARM leads into qualified sales appointments. All of our leads have responded to our ads on Facebook.
• Call new leads generated through our Meta advertising campaigns daily.
• Follow our appointment-setting script.
• Ask qualifying questions to determine whether prospects are a good fit.
• Explain our service pricing and advertising investment.
• Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.
• Send appointment confirmations and reminders.
• Follow up with no-shows and help them reschedule.
• Keep accurate notes and update lead information in our CRM.
• Maintain consistent daily activity and communicate regularly with leadership.
• Represent Shop Growth Solutions professionally in every prospect conversation. What We're Looking For
• Experienced, friendly, confident, and professional communication skills.
• Comfortable making phone calls and following a script.
• Dependable and available during scheduled hours.
• Organized and comfortable learning CRM software (GHL).
• Willing to learn, accept feedback, and improve.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection.
• Someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities and results. Previous appointment-setting or sales experience is required. CompensationWe offer a combination of hourly base pay and performance bonuses. Starting Base Pay: $15/hour Performance Bonus: $75 for every qualified appointment that is attended. There is no cap on appointment bonuses. Monthly Earning Potential Qualified Appointments Monthly Earnings 12 appointments $2,200 18 appointments $2,650 24 appointments $3,100 Earnings are estimates based on 20 hours per week at the starting hourly rate. Presente compensation depends on hours worked and qualified appointments attended. Growth OpportunityAs Shop Growth Solutions grows, there may be opportunities to:
