• Processing purchase invoices and bank statements
• Monitoring of the accounts receivables
• Preparing outgoing payments
• Preparing balance sheets
• Preparing monthly reporting for the Controlling department
• Assisting on financial audits
• Being a point of contact for other departments on financial
- and accounting matters
• Assisting in the preparation of the budgets What do we expect from you: You have 1 to 5 years relevant work experience in a financial
- or administrative position and you are ready for the next step. You are a real team player with an hands-on mentality.
• Experience with accounting and-or bookkeeping
• Accurate and efficient
• Good communicative skills
• Sufficient knowledge on treatment of taxes (VAT, etc.)
