Keep reading, this might be the opportunity you've been searching for. A Day in the Life You will support the regional digital team for L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty across the LATAM Zone. Your focus is turning data across Advocacy, Media, and E-commerce into clear insights for multi-market marketing teams.
• Assist in consolidating and updating monthly regional reports, executive presentations, and cross-brand newsletters.
• Contribute to data accuracy checks and consistency across multi-country reporting streams.
• Help analyse digital KPIs to track media performance, advocacy reach, and e-commerce trends across the region.
• Participate in developing visual presentation decks and dashboards that make complex digital metrics actionable for local marketing teams.
• Support the maintenance and organization of regional digital knowledge bases and guidelines.



We Are Looking For You bring an analytical mindset, curiosity for digital channels, and the drive to collaborate across diverse cultures. You bring:
• Data Analysis & Synthesis: Ability to interpret digital performance metrics, spot underlying trends, and transform raw numbers into clear takeaways.
• Digital Marketing Understanding: Working knowledge of media, influencer advocacy, and e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborative Communication: Professional working proficiency in both English and Spanish to partner effectively with regional and local teams.
• Visual Storytelling: Skill in building clean, structured presentations in PowerPoint and organising datasets in Excel.
• Attention to Detail: Focus on data accuracy and consistency across cross-market reports.
• Language Proficiency: Advanced professional English proficiency (oral and written) to produce executive materials and collaborate across regional teams.
