ensuring high efficiency in inventory management, material management, production planning, sales scheduling and demand planning by using the standardized key performance indicators 7 Involvement in inter-departmental workgroups and projects for the coordination and optimization of SOP and EOP, carrying out day-to-day tasks related to new products and others 8 Involvement in logistics agreements with customers & suppliers in cooperation with those responsible 9 Participation in global strategic projects and facilitate pilot projects 10 Cross-plant responsibility regarding logistics planning tasks 11 Leading of intercultural teams B Project Management 1 Supervise and execute the management of high complexity logistics projects from technical and organizational perspective along the supply chain and product lifecycle, incl. corporate processes 2 Defining, planning, coordinating and monitoring of high complexity projects for the area of responsibility incl. responsible for internal and external personnel capacity planning 3 Definition and continuous monitoring of project success regarding time, budget and output quality and driving execution of defined actions 4 Negotiating general logistics conditions with suppliers, service providers and customers (e.g. JIT/JIS processes, turnaround periods, packaging) 5 Aligning all ongoing projects and activities with relevant business processes owners and functions, incl corporate 6 Execution of problem solving and escalation for occurring deviations 7 Support and contribute on overarching activities and initiatives 8 Preparation of business cases and execution of pilot applications C Leadership 1 Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure.

• Strong experience in Planning & Logistics operations, including Customer Service, Demand Planning, Production Planning,
• Material Management, and Inventory Management within a complex manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in leading complex logistics and supply chain projects, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and operational performance.
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional and multicultural teams, including talent development, performance management, and recruitment.
