We are seeking an experienced Plant Controller to join a well-established manufacturing operation in the Monterrey metropolitan area. This role will serve as a key financial partner to site leadership, providing financial insight, strengthening controls, and supporting business decisions that improve profitability and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
• Partner with plant leadership on business decisions, profitability, and cost improvement initiatives.
• Analyze customer, product, and program profitability.
• Maintain strong accounting processes, internal controls, and financial reporting.




• Ensure compliance with applicable Mexican regulations and corporate accounting standards.
• Oversee cash flow, accounts receivable, payroll controls, and financial planning.
• Support investment analysis and strategic business initiatives.
• Provide clear financial KPIs and actionable insights to management. We are looking for a hands-on finance leader with strong experience in a manufacturing environment, excellent analytical capabilities, and the ability to operate as a strategic partner to senior management. Fluent English is required.
