We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Junior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Coordinator currently living in Mexico to support our hiring efforts for the U.

• Assist with sourcing and identifying candidates across the U.
S. using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
• Review incoming applications and conduct initial phone/video screenings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain clean candidate records within our tracking system (ATS).

s and outreach messages. What We Are Looking For
• Background: U.
S. native or lived experience in the United States,
with a natural understanding of American workplace culture, communication styles, and professional norms.
• Location & Legal Status: Currently residing in Mexico with valid legal authorization to work.

Experience:
0 to 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR support, customer service, sales, or administrative support (internships and student project experience count).
• Communication: Native or native-level English fluency (both verbal and written); basic/conversational Spanish is a plus but not strictly required.
•
Skills:
Strong organization, prompt follow-through, high energy, and eagerness to learn recruitment methodologies and tools.
