Are you passionate about finance, problem-solving, and working with suppliers in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in Monterrey. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring accurate and timely Accounts Payable processes while collaborating with suppliers, material planning teams, and finance colleagues. Work model: Primarily on-site / plant-based. What will you do?
• Follow up on supplier invoices from receipt through processing and payment.
• Review invoices and identify price, quantity, or documentation discrepancies.
• Work directly with suppliers to resolve invoice-related issues and request missing documentation.
• Collaborate with Material Planning and other internal teams to ensure accurate invoice processing.
• Support Accounts Payable and general accounting activities.
• Analyze financial information to identify discrepancies and help ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with external and offshore service providers supporting Accounts Payable activities.
• Communicate with international suppliers when clarification or follow-up is required. What are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or General Accounting.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience using SAP ERP,



preferably within finance or Accounts Payable processes.
• English communication skills to interact with international suppliers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple activities, and proactively address challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
