ASIO is an AI growth OS for service businesses in Latin America: clinics, real estate and insurance agents, consultants and coaches. ASIO runs their ads, answers their WhatsApp leads, makes calls and keeps their CRM up to date, so the owner can focus on serving clients. Responsibilities
• Write posts for the ASIO company page and for the founders’ profiles in English and Spanish
• Write scripts and on-screen copy for product videos, Reels and Stories
• Turn ideas from the founders into finished posts with a clear angle and a strong hook
• Turn user conversations from 1-on-1s and webinars into case studies and short stories, with the users’ permission
• Write messages and announcements for our WhatsApp community
• Keep a weekly content calendar and review post performance with the team
• Write copy for landing pages, emails and in-app messages when needed




• Keep a consistent voice across channels that sounds like people talking, never like a template Qualifications
• Native or fluent Spanish and professional English, written and spoken
• 2+ years writing content or copy for a brand, startup or agency
• A portfolio of posts, scripts or campaigns you wrote
• Comfortable writing for business owners and for investors, and knowing which audience you’re writing for
• Able to work from rough notes and voice messages and come back with a finished draft
• Uses AI tools in your workflow, while knowing when the result still sounds generic
• Interest in startups, small businesses or Latin American markets
• Nice to have: experience with LinkedIn B2B content, short-form video scripts, or basic Canva/CapCut
