• Promover y vender los productos y servicios de Medtronic dentro de un territorio geográfico asignado y/o cuentas específicas de clientes para alcanzar o superar los objetivos de ventas.
• Desarrollar, fortalecer y mantener relaciones de largo plazo con los diferentes grupos de interés, incluidos distribuidores y profesionales de la salud.
• Identificar oportunidades comerciales, evaluar las necesidades de los clientes y brindar soporte y servicios relacionados con los productos para maximizar los beneficios obtenidos de los productos y/o servicios de Medtronic.
• Promover y coordinar actividades de capacitación y educación sobre los productos y/o servicios de la compañía.
• Realizar investigaciones de mercado, incluyendo el análisis de clientes y las actividades de la competencia.
• Implementar planes y estrategias de desarrollo de mercado, realizando los ajustes necesarios según las condiciones del negocio.
