Key Responsibilities

- Analyze global operational data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and areas for strategic improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement process optimization strategies across international manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain functions.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools, simulation software, and data visualization techniques to model and evaluate operational scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with regional operational leaders and cross-functional teams worldwide to drive the adoption of best practices.
- Lead complex, cross-border improvement projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and deploy standardized operational frameworks, methodologies, and tools globally.
- Ensure alignment of operational strategies with the company's overall business objectives and global expansion plans.
- Facilitate virtual workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement across different time zones.
- Stay abreast of global industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in operations management.




- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership on operational performance and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in operations analysis, process improvement, and global project management, preferably within a multinational corporation.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean, Six Sigma,Theory of Constraints, and other operational excellence methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic), and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex, international projects with significant business impact.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience working effectively in a remote, globally distributed team environment.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally occasionally, as required by project needs (estimated less than 15%).
