Key Responsibilities

- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Design and execute data queries to extract relevant information from databases.
- Apply statistical methods and modeling techniques to analyze data.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and techniques.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and familiarity with statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS, or Python libraries like pandas, NumPy).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in research or development settings is a plus.
