- Demonstrated ability to manage assembly operations, including line balancing, workflow planning, and production supervision in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience implementing and sustaining quality, safety, and continuous improvement practices (e.g., ISO standards, lean manufacturing, 5S, root cause analysis).
- Strong skills in team leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, and performance management for diverse production teams.
- Proficiency in using production and reporting tools (e.g., ERP/MRP systems, Excel, dashboards) to track output, efficiency, and KPIs.
- Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain coordination as they relate to assembly operations and on-time delivery.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills,



with the ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in Spanish required; English proficiency strongly preferred for coordination with foreign clients and corporate stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Previous experience in maquiladora or cross-border manufacturing environments is a strong advantage.
