The Time & Attendance Specialist manages the entire pre-payroll process and provides support to the relevant departments to ensure that the necessary information is obtained in a timely and proper manner, thereby guaranteeing an accurate payroll. This position reports to the Payroll Specialist, in Matamoros, Tamaulipas site.

Responsibilities

- Data entry on T&A; system
- Receive official documents such as INFONAVIT, FONACOT, IMSS undefined
- Provide support to supervisors for any issue or clarification regarding pre-payroll
- Realize the weekly HC and share it with the authorized employees.
- Maintain a complete and updated digital archive from food coupons paid
- Create each week the digital archive of all the incidents process as an internal control.
- Maintain updated the T&A; system.




- Availability to resolve any concerns from the employees regarding time worked.

ELIGIBILTY REQUIREMENTS

Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

- 2 years’ experience in payroll processing.
- Knowledge in Mexican laws (LFT, LISR, LIMSS).
- Bilingual.
- Analysis and working under pressure capability.
- Good communications skills.
- Focused on teamwork.
