About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and results-oriented Online Continuing Education Program Coordinator to lead the expansion of their digital learning offerings in Mérida, Yucatán . This is a fully remote position, perfect for an individual passionate about leveraging technology to deliver high-quality educational experiences to a global audience. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of online courses, from conceptualization and development to marketing and delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of e-learning platforms, digital marketing, and adult education principles. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure our online programs are engaging, effective, and meet the evolving needs of professionals seeking to enhance their skills. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and improvement of online continuing education programs.
- Manage the end-to-end process of online course development, including content creation, platform integration, and quality assurance.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and utilization of e-learning technologies and platforms.
- Collaborate with instructors and subject matter experts to ensure course content is accurate, relevant, and engaging.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote online programs and attract learners.
- Monitor program performance metrics,



analyze learner engagement, and identify areas for enhancement.
- Provide support and guidance to online instructors and learners throughout the program duration.
- Manage program budgets and resources effectively to ensure financial viability.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in online learning, educational technology, and professional development.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in program management, preferably in online education or continuing professional development.
- Proven experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in online collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Asana).
