About the Role

Our client, a dynamic and growing airline operating out of Acapulco, Guerrero , is actively seeking an experienced and highly qualified Piloto de Línea Aérea Comercial - Primer Oficial to join their flight operations team. This position is crucial for maintaining our client's reputation for safety, reliability, and exceptional service. The successful candidate will work alongside seasoned Captains, contributing to the efficient and safe transport of passengers and cargo. Key Responsibilities

- Serve as First Officer on assigned commercial flights, ensuring safe flight operations in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist the Captain in all phases of flight, including pre-flight planning, in-flight operations, and post-flight duties.
- Monitor aircraft systems, navigation equipment, and flight instruments, making adjustments as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with air traffic control, flight crews, and ground personnel.
- Manage and execute flight plans, adhering to schedules and optimizing routes for efficiency and safety.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any in-flight emergencies or abnormal situations.
- Maintain a high level of crew coordination and situational awareness throughout the flight.




- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and conduct while on duty.
- Participate in recurrent training and simulator checks to maintain proficiency and certifications.

Requirements

- Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with multi-engine and instrument ratings.
- Minimum of 1500 flight hours, with significant experience in multi-engine commercial operations.
- Proficiency in relevant aircraft types operated by the airline.
- Excellent understanding of aviation regulations, aerodynamics, meteorology, and navigation.
- Strong CRM (Crew Resource Management) skills and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive medical examination and background check.
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally as required.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the vicinity of Acapulco, Guerrero .
