About the Role

Our client, a global leader in environmental consulting services, is seeking an experienced and visionary Director de Saneamiento y Calidad Ambiental Remoto . This is a fully remote position, requiring a highly autonomous professional to lead and develop strategies for ensuring optimal environmental quality and sanitation standards for clients worldwide. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in environmental science, public health, sanitation management, and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for designing innovative sanitation solutions, overseeing their implementation, managing project teams virtually, and advising clients on best practices for maintaining healthy and safe environments. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement cutting-edge sanitation and environmental quality strategies for a integral client base.
- Lead and manage remote project teams, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of services.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of environmental conditions and sanitation practices at client sites (virtually or through managed teams).
- Provide expert consultation and recommendations on improving hygiene, waste management, and environmental safety.
- Ensure client compliance with relevant local and international environmental and public health regulations.
- Develop training materials and programs for clients and their staff on sanitation best practices.
- Monitor industry trends, research new technologies,



and integrate innovative solutions into service offerings.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation for remote operations.
- Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities for business development.

Requirements

- Master's or Ph.D. in Environmental Science, Public Health, Sanitation Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in environmental consulting, sanitation management, or public health, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage remote teams and projects effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of international environmental regulations, sanitation principles, and public health standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and virtual collaboration tools.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful environmental and sanitation programs.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet demanding deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
