About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and dependable Instalador de Sistemas de Climatización y Refrigeración Comercial to join their team in the vibrant city of Cancún, Quintana Roo . This role is vital for ensuring the efficient operation of air conditioning and refrigeration units in commercial establishments such as hotels, restaurants, and retail spaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing cooling systems, including ventilation, air handling units, and refrigeration circuits. A strong understanding of refrigeration principles, electrical controls, and safety standards is essential. Key Responsibilities

- Install, service, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems for commercial clients.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to cooling, heating, and air quality systems.
- Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to perform installations and repairs accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Handle refrigerants safely and in accordance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Respond to emergency service requests promptly and effectively.
- Manage job site inventory and ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained.




- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to clients regarding work performed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

- Vocational training or certification in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration) or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in installing and servicing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Solid understanding of refrigeration cycles, thermodynamics, and air distribution.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment used in HVAC/R service.
- Knowledge of electrical controls and wiring for HVAC/R systems.
- Familiarity with relevant safety codes and environmental regulations for refrigerants.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Good problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Ability to work adaptable hours, including occasional weekends and holidays, to meet client needs.
