- Lead the commercial strategy and growth agenda for Mexico.
- Drive new business development and market expansion.
- Identify and develop new customers, applications and market opportunities.
- Lead, coach and develop the commercial team.
- Strengthen pipeline management, commercial discipline and CRM usage.
- Build strategic relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers.
- Partner closely with customers to understand technical needs and create long-term commercial opportunities.

- Strong experience in technical B2B sales and commercial leadership.
- Solid knowledge of the polymers and plastics industry.
- Proven track record in hunting, new business development and market creation.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing commercial teams.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Leadership style that combines high performance with a people-focused approach.
- Full professional proficiency in English. Nice to have
- Experience working with distributors or distribution channels.
