Clara is seeking a Staff Data Engineer to own the architecture of our data platform. This role is hands-on, focusing on building scalable pipelines and enabling AI-ready data for the company. You will partner with leadership to shape strategic data roadmaps and govern data in a regulated fintech context. You’ll work across Engineering, Product, Risk and Marketing to ensure data is captured accurately and used safely. This hybrid role allows time between office, customers and home.
