About the Role

Our client seeks a proactive and compassionate Farmacéutico de Atención Primaria for a fully remote position, serving patients across various communities. This role is central to enhancing access to essential pharmaceutical care, offering consultations, medication management, and health education services digitally. You will be a key player in a telehealth-first healthcare model, ensuring patients receive expert advice and support for their medication needs, regardless of their geographical location. Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive medication reviews and develop personalized medication action plans.
- Conduct virtual consultations with patients to address medication-related issues and concerns.
- Educate patients on the proper use of medications, potential side effects, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with primary care physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
- Monitor chronic disease states and optimize pharmacotherapy.
- Identify opportunities for medication therapy management (MTM) services.




- Respond to patient inquiries and provide timely, accurate pharmaceutical information.
- Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health records effectively.
- Promote health and wellness through patient education initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to all professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

- Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
- Active pharmacy license in Mexico.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in community or primary care pharmacy.
- Proven experience in medication therapy management (MTM).
- Excellent telehealth and virtual communication skills.
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
- Strong understanding of primary care medicine and common chronic conditions.
- Exceptional patient counseling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
- Spanish fluency is essential.
