About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing technology company in Mérida, Yucatán , is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and strategy of their digital platforms. This hybrid role offers a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. This role requires a leader who can bridge the gap between technical teams, marketing, sales, and users, driving product innovation and market success. You will conduct market research, analyze user feedback, and translate insights into actionable product requirements. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for building exceptional digital products and a proven ability to manage the entire product lifecycle. The adecuado candidate will have a strong understanding of agile methodologies and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital platforms.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
- Prioritize features and develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage product backlog and sprint planning in an agile development environment.
- Launch new products and features, developing go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product improvements.
- Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success.
- Communicate product plans, progress,



and results to stakeholders at all levels.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to digital platforms.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably with digital platforms or SaaS products.
- Proven experience in defining product strategy, roadmaps, and feature prioritization.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with user research, data analysis, and translating insights into product requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling digital products.
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
- Experience in the Mérida, Yucatán region or understanding of the local market is a plus.
