About the Role

Our client, a globally recognized software development firm, is seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join their fully remote team. This role is pivotal in shaping the user experience of cutting‑edge digital products, focusing on creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces. We are looking for a designer who is passionate about user‑centered design principles and possesses a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to solve complex design challenges. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user requirements and translate them into intuitive interface designs.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, A/B testing, and performance data.
- Advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.




- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design and digital product development.
- Ensure designs are accessible and meet international standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience of at least 4 years as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user‑centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and color theory.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
