About the Role

This role is integral to serving the local community and attracting investment to the region. The idóneo candidate will possess a profound understanding of the Oaxacan real estate market, excellent client management skills, and a consistent track record of successful transactions. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying and selling process, from property evaluation to closing. Key Responsibilities

- Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions in Oaxaca City .
- Conduct property showings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers.
- Perform comparative market analyses to determine optimal property pricing.
- Develop and execute effective marketing plans for property listings.
- Negotiate sales contracts and facilitate the closing process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent.
