Eaton Group is seeking a Business Intelligence Support Analyst to support our Power BI-based self-service data platforms (Elixir, Athena, NEMA, NAS & MCO Analytics). You will handle internal requests for dashboard access, Power BI navigation help, and general troubleshooting.
As a Tier I–III support specialist, you will ensure data freshness by triggering refreshes, assist with UAT for new data products, and collaborate with the BI team to promote best practices and improve user experience
