Key Responsibilities

- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for assigned categories, including market analysis, supplier selection, and negotiation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze spend data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and supplier consolidation.
- Negotiate favorable contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers.
- Develop and implement category strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure timely and effective procurement support.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading sourcing projects and achieving significant cost savings.
