Career Level : Native English Speaker ( with Degree / with TESOL / TEFL Certificate)

- Be culturally sensitive and committed to student's success
- Teach 5 - 6 classroom hours (depending on the semester's needs)
- Be on campus from 9am to 2pm and 4pm to 7pm (sometimes the schedule requires a 8am to 1pm and 4pm to 7pm)
- Keep grade and attendance records
- Contribute to departmental projects: creating material, teaching seasonal workshops, children workshop (1 week in the summer)
- Salary of 18,000 MXN monthly (26,000 before tax deductions)
- Christmas bonus (approx. 18,000 after a full year of employment
- Summer bonus (approx. 42,000 after a full year)
- Housing fund for purchasing property (INFONAVIT)
- IMSS (Medical insurance)
- Paid sabbatical after 6 years of employment
- Pension
- 5 weeks of paid vacation yearly
- 2 weeks in December
- 1 week in March or April (Holy Week)
- 2 weeks in July
