- Review Purchase Requisitions (PRs), support Purchase Order (PO) creation, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding, vendor master data, and supplier compliance requirements.
- Provide SAP and Basware support, troubleshoot purchasing issues, and monitor procurement KPIs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, support process improvement initiatives, and coordinate annual volume reporting.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and Category Managers to manage escalations, optimize supplier terms, and ensure efficient procurement processes.
- Support supplier pricing, payment terms, and purchasing agreement updates in SAP.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience or knowledge of Procurement processes, Purchase Requisitions (PRs), and Supplier Management.
- Understanding of planning and cost management principles.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills, COUPA knowledge (plus).
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-oriented mindset.
