Electronic Design Leader is accountable for the deliverables of his Metier to ensure the success of the project He / She is responsible for the detailed scheduling and budgeting of his Metier activities, with support of Metier Department Manager / Metier Team LeaderManage the group of engineers / technicians assigned to his / her project.7 to 8 years of experience in design automotive electronic, embedded systems, transportation industryAccountable for the deliverables of his Metier(s) :Complying with Métiers processes and Design Rules:Plan, monitor and control activities according to Metier PD of his/her PG/PL following CPM (CLEAN Project Management) & GAMA (SPICE)In charge of the robust design for Manufacturing / validation in line with the economic targetsReview Internal requirements, Customer Requirements, SpecificationsPerform or support design calculations / simulations / coding / associated acceptance testsApplies Standardization rules,



exceptionally will request destandardizations based on justificationsResponsible for Metier design reviews preparation and open points closureInterface with the customer for the Metier contentReport and escalate to the Product Technical Manager/Leader/Eng and his HierarchicalResponsible for the detailed scheduling and budgetingContribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investmentsEstablish detail breakdown of the activities to meet the milestonesFollow activities and spending of his scope to meet his allowed budget and timingManagement of the contributorsDaily management of his groupAssign to them the needed work packagesRegular review with his/her Hierarchical to check alignment between needs and availabilitiesActively participate and accomplish in his or her role in all internal and external requirements related to Quality, Safety, Environmental, Customer, Governmental, and Social Responsibility management systems applicable to the activities of the position.The aforementioned activities are not limited and may be extended transversally to other functions as required by the organization.
