Join #Ensiteam!

We are a company focused on custom software development and have been in the market for over 22 years. At Ensitech, we are dedicated to finding highly specialized talent to work with companies in the United States, Europe, and Canada.

We look forward to having you as part of our team in the role of Project Manager, supporting a small, long-established US company that supplies gear and contracts for the commercial fishing industry. The company is building its first custom AI agents with Claude, and you will keep that work organized, tracked, and moving so that things get done.

Key Responsibilities

- Track the day-to-day work of the AI Agent Engineer: tasks, priorities, status, and blockers.
- Run a short weekly check-in with the client and the engineer, and keep notes, decisions, and action items up to date.
- Gather requirements from internal teams on how employees use Claude today and which tasks are worth automating, and turn them into clear, prioritized use cases.
- Help coordinate the analysis of data, prompts, and requirements that the engineer needs to build the agents.

- Work with the engineer and the client to define simple success measures (for example, time saved or tasks automated) and follow up on results.
- Flag risks and delays early, and keep a simple backlog and status report.
- Be the communication link between the client’s stakeholders and the engineer.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–4 years of experience coordinating projects or tracking technical work (software, data, or automation projects).
- Experience working with engineers and turning business needs into clear tasks.
- Hands-on use of a task-tracking tool (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar) and Slack or Google Workspace.
- Everyday user of Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools, with curiosity about prompts, data, and AI agents.
- Intermediate English (enough for client calls and written updates).
- Based in Mexico, with availability to overlap with US hours.

Nice to Have

- Basic data skills (reporting, dashboards, or SQL).
- Prior exposure to AI or automation projects.
- Experience with small companies that are new to technology.
- Agile or Scrum knowledge (PMP is not required).
