You will conduct comprehensive medication reviews, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians to optimize pharmacotherapy while utilizing EHR and telehealth platforms.
You must hold a Pharm.D. and an active Mexico license with 4+ years in primary care, and you must be fluent in Spanish.
