- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering fields.
- 2 - 5 Years in a medium-to-large manufacturing environment.
- Focus on manufacturing KPI’s and planning new processes for achievement of those KPI’s.
- Follow methodology in all assignments, leading to expedited and cost-efficient implementation.
- Advanced critical thinking and data driven decision making.
- Proficiency in designing process flow diagrams, floor layout and utility layout for new equipment installations.
- Proficiency in equipment construction, installation and start up planning and execution supervision Capable of working in a matrix team environment with multiple lines of accountability.
- Able to travel to USA and overseas and Mexico cities.
- Proficiency in PLC programming, Robotics Programming, vision system, servo-motors configuration/motion programming.
