About the Role

Our client, a leading hospitality consultancy firm based in Zapopan, Jalisco , is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Events Manager to orchestrate seamless and engaging online conferences, webinars, and virtual gatherings. In this fully remote role, you will leverage your expertise in event technology platforms and digital engagement strategies to deliver exceptional virtual experiences. You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and post-event analysis of a diverse portfolio of virtual events, ensuring they meet and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of virtual events, including platform selection, registration setup, agenda development, and speaker management.
- Manage and operate event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin, Bizzabo), ensuring smooth technical delivery during live sessions.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize attendee engagement and interaction in the virtual space.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their event objectives and ensure deliverables align with their vision.
- Manage virtual event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise with marketing teams to promote events and drive registrations.




- Provide technical support to speakers and attendees during the event.
- Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, and generate comprehensive reports on event success metrics.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in virtual event management.

Requirements

- Proven experience (3+ years) in managing and executing virtual or hybrid events.
- Proficiency with major virtual event platforms and technologies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with clients and stakeholders remotely.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome virtual event challenges.
- Experience in budget management and financial tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
