About the Role

Our client, a leading HR consulting firm, is seeking a strategic Selection and Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Zapopan, Jalisco, MX . This role is critical in supporting clients across various industries by developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies. Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients to understand their organizational structure, culture, and specific talent requirements.
- Design and execute comprehensive recruitment plans, utilizing diverse sourcing channels.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and fit for client organizations.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide clients with strategic advice on talent market trends, compensation, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes for diverse roles.
- Strong understanding of various industries and their talent needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a hybrid model, demonstrating adaptability and self-management.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
