Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor software development teams in an agile environment.
- Define project requirements, scope, and objectives in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project schedules, allocate resources, and manage project budgets effectively.
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of development sprints, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Facilitate communication between development teams, QA, and other departments.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and impediments.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.




- Manage the release process and coordinate deployment activities.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and various programming languages/frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate remote teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for a remote work environment.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required for collaboration with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Título universitario en Informática, Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado.
- Experiencia mínima de 6 años en gestión de proyectos, con al menos 3 años enfocados en proyectos de transformación digital o TI.
- Certificación PMP, Scrum Master o similar es altamente deseable.
- Experiencia probada en la gestión de proyectos 100% remotos y equipos distribuidos.
- Sólidas habilidades en liderazgo, comunicación, negociación y resolución de conflictos.
- Dominio de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y cascada.
- Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de proyectos (ej. Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, gestionar múltiples prioridades y cumplir con plazos estrictos.
- Excelente conocimiento de las tendencias actuales en transformación digital y tecnología.
- Conexión a internet estable y entorno de trabajo adecuado para el trabajo remoto.
