About the Role

Our client, a pioneering EdTech company focused on early childhood education, is seeking a creative and innovative Diseñador/a Curricular para Aprendizaje Lúdico Digital . This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute to shaping playful digital learning experiences for children from anywhere. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing digital curricula that integrate game-based learning principles with core educational objectives for young learners. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging, game-based digital curricula for early childhood education. Translate educational objectives into interactive and playful learning modules, activities, and experiences. Collaborate closely with game developers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to bring curricula to life. Ensure that all digital learning content is developmentally appropriate, culturally sensitive, and pedagogically sound. Create compelling narratives, characters, and challenges that motivate young learners.



Develop assessment strategies that are integrated seamlessly into the playful learning experience. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve curriculum designs. Stay abreast of emerging trends in game-based learning, digital pedagogy, and early childhood education technology.

Requirements

Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, Game Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. Demonstrable experience in designing digital curricula, particularly incorporating game-based or playful learning elements. Strong understanding of child development and learning theories relevant to early childhood. Excellent creative thinking, storytelling, and instructional design skills. Proficiency with digital design tools and learning management systems. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, adept at working effectively in a remote team environment. Ability to manage project timelines and deliver high-quality results autonomously. Portfolio showcasing relevant curriculum or game design work is highly desirable.
