About the Role

Our client, a significant player in the industrial sector in Torreón, Coahuila , is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Generalist to lead their HR department. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HRIS, and compliance. The adecuado candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute HR strategies that support the company's business goals and objectives.
- Oversee all HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and HRIS.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and implementing resolutions.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.




- Drive employee engagement and development initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and support.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience managing all core HR functions.
- Strong understanding of Mexican labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with HRIS implementation and management.
- Ability to manage change effectively and drive organizational development.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
