Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to menu development,

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all health and sanitation regulations.

Requirements

- Demonstrable extensive experience in traditional Oaxacan cuisine, with a deep understanding of its diverse regional variations.
- Proven ability to lead a kitchen team and manage daily operations efficiently.
- Expertise in sourcing and utilizing local Oaxacan ingredients.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
