We’re Hiring | Senior Software Engineer (.NET/C#) | Mexico City

Onboarding: First 2 weeks on-site

Compensation: US$3,500 monthly, paid in USD

AlliedGlobal is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join an international technology team developing mission-critical legal technology solutions used by law firms, corporations, and government organizations worldwide.

- Automated testing
- AI-assisted development tools – Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar

What You’ll Do

- Design and develop scalable features using .NET/C# and PostgreSQL.
- Own features from development through production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the technology stack.
- Write and maintain automated tests.
- Use AI tools for coding, testing, code reviews, debugging, and refactoring while validating their output.
- Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of professional software development experience with .NET/C#.




- Experience building and supporting scalable production systems.
- Strong automated testing practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A modern, AI-forward approach to software development.

This is a remote position after the initial 2-week on-site onboarding period.

Candidates must be based in Mexico City and available to visit the office when needed, including:

- During the initial onboarding period.
- When company leadership or executives visit the site.
- When business or operational circumstances require working from the office, including internet connectivity issues or other remote-work disruptions.

Regular office attendance is not required after onboarding; however, flexibility to work on-site when necessary is essential.
