Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software across the full stack.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Lead the architecture and development of new features and services.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers,



fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of applications.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience, with significant full-stack development expertise.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, Go) and associated frameworks.
- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid grasp of software architecture patterns and distributed systems.
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
