About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and organized Social Media and Content Creation Coordinator to join their marketing team in Naucalpan, State of Mexico . Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, stories) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, fostering community interaction.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports on key insights and recommendations.




- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated content campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of other marketing materials, such as blog posts, website copy, and email newsletters.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance monitoring.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Content Creator, or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of major social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and video editing.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with the local market in Naucalpan, State of Mexico is a plus.
